Updated Finally!!!

 Sorry we haven't updated the blog in awhile... okay in a really looooong while. Things have been interesting for us since the last time we posted on this site. First off our singer Josh Adams spent several weeks battling some serious health issues throughout the summer but we are thankful for the power of prayer and the healing hand of God in his life. Since then we have played a few small shows here and there but have been primarily focused on writing and recording new material for the next cd. We currently have 6 tracks recorded for the new album and will be going in the studio this month to work on a couple more. We also are excited to be filming a music video for the song 2fisted gospel in the new year. As for what you can expect from the new album: the heavy songs are heavier, the softer tracks are emotional and deep and throughout all of the songs we have tried to bare our hearts before you and most of all before our Heavenly Father. NEXT : I (Josh) will be recording vocals on the "Last Son" song Friday afternoon with Kevin Smith at Sis Plus One studios and we have some awesome stuff to add to that track which will make it interesting. 


Also, we have been fine tooling three new tracks Learning To Fight,  Devil In A Bottle, and New Frontier and we can't wait for all of you to hear the new stuff. God has really placed some amazing songs on our hearts to challenge and encourage with this new cd.

New Single On Sale April 10th

2 Fisted Gospel should officially be available for download on April 10th. Barring any unforseen obstacles you will be able to download the new track exclusively from www.idefimusic.com. We are really excited to have this one out there for everyone to enjoy and to be partnering with our friends at the brand new Idefi music label. Keep in mind, the more downloads we get on the Idefi site, the more benefits we will gain from the label to go toward recording music videos and getting us booked for tours so help us out by downloading the new song and telling everyone you know to do the same!

Cross Covenant is heading back into the studio on March 10th to begin recording our next cd entitled "Learning To Fight". Because of this we will need your prayers and your support. There are a few ways that you can help us bring this new project to completion. First and foremost, add our ministry to your daily prayer list. Nothing will further our efforts more than fervent prayer. Second help spread the word about the band at church, work, school, on facebook etc... If your church needs a band for an event give us a call or send us an email, we would love to be a part of your various ministries. Lastly we greatly benefit from all of our faithful supporters who have purchased our shirts, hoodies, water bottles and cd's. The money from that merchandise pays for our time in the studio and we appreciate it more than you know! The new album is shaping up to be an awesome project that we are very excited about. At the moment we are looking at roughly 13 new songs. The new songs will cover a broader range than our previous cd containing much heavier hard rock and even softer ballads, as well as some experimental stuff that we believe will blow you away! The new tracks are challenging and encouraging songs about the Christian life that we truly hope everyone can identify with. None of this will be possible without all of you. Pray. Youth Rally at Freedom T abernacle in Hemingway, SC on March 24th. We are stoked to be sharing a stage with Christian rapper TJP again as well as our new friends Within the Red! We will have more details coming your way about that show in the next few days so keep checking here for news. also...heading back into the cave at 6plus1 studios on March 10th to record a little song called 2FISTED GOSPEL. If you want to hear the song on our banpage that night at midnight, get as many of your friends as possible to like us on Facebook. if we reach 400 likes we will post that badboy!

New Show!

We are crazy excited to be playing the Ignite Youth Rally at First Original Free Will Baptist Church in North Charelston on Febuary 4th. The show starts at 6:30 featuring rapper TJP, Broken Yesterday, Cross Covenant and special guest speaker Todd Sutton! Everyone come out and worship with us (CC fans be sure tor represent with your band shirts and hoodies lol).
